Israeli Aids Art Exhibition Fundraising Event

Hi,

I would like to use this venue for promoting an important cause, one of the most important causes actually. This coming Friday (Feb 27, 2009), Bank Hapoalim will host the 10th annual Israeli AIDS Art Exhibition Fund Raising Event. It’s called IMAGINATION 2009. More than 450 artists have donated their artwork to the event, and all generated funds from the sales go to the Israel AIDS Task Force. Among participating artists are internationally acclaimed individuals such as Aliza Olmert, Nir Hod, Yigal Tumarkin, Menashe Kadishman and Johanan Herson. As an avid artist myself and former participant, I have also contributed some of my works to this year’s event, making it my third consecutive participation. This year I am exhibiting an artwork I named 2007/2008. It is a 12-piece art work that represents Israel’s top 12 soccer teams during the 2007/08 game season.
