Shachar Pessis Goes Blogging!
My name is Shachar and this is my personal blog. I never dreamed I will become a blogger one day - I never enjoyed writing. So what happened? About two years ago My brother and I started All My Faves, a visual directory website that specializes in the web’s top favorite sites in various categories. One of All My Faves’ most long-established features is the Weekly Faves, our hand-picked sites for that week. Think of it as the ‘crème de la crème’ of the Internet on a weekly basis.
After a 6-month test run, we decided that the Weekly Faves should be accompanied by a weekly blog that discusses the previous week’s selections. Since blogs are not known to possess the capability of writing themselves, I found myself in the position of becoming All My Faves’ official blogger. Despite my initial rebellious efforts to avoid writing there was no one else who could do it for me… So there you go.
That was two years ago. Today I can’t say that I am absolutely passionate about writing, but I am learning to enjoy it. I don’t know in which direction this blog will go, but I have a feeling it will reflect some of my interests and passions: the sites I admire, the art I’m inspired by, the music I enjoy listening to and…well, we’ll see. I hope you will find my posts interesting or inspiring in some way or another. Let me offer you a deal: if you guys promise to visit often I’ll do my part of the bargain and post new articles just as often. Deal?

Ever since I found your blog and All My Favs,
It is my home page. I’ve shared this with anyone with a pc,mac or phone. I found myself clicking on each tab, reading your weekly blog, I even have some I would like to share. My wife and I could not go a day without looking for what next week brings. Thak you so much “you understand us.
